Something that I just want to write down so that I remember is what happened today.
I have been missing working and using my skills as a medical assistant.
I found some jobs that were part time and I sent them my resume.
One lady called me today to set-up an interview.
I was hesitant, but called her back.
She only had full time positions but could maybe workout a part time place for me.
Afterwards, I prayed and read my scriptures.
I was reading in Jarom 1:9
It reads, "Inasmuch as ye will keep my commandments ye shall prosper in the land."
After reading this scripture this experience came to mind:
I recently had the privilege of attending a fireside where Sister Julie B. Beck spoke on Motherhood and its importance.
She talked about how she had been a horrible mother because she was so busy with Church callings and how motherhood is an eternal calling and title.
How motherhood is a sacrifice of other things that we could be doing with our time. However, "Motherhood is a divine responsibility. Mothers will recieve the Lord's most promised blessings."
So I have decided to not look for work and to stay home with my children. I have a stronger testimony that when have faith in the Lord then He will provide for his children.
Personal revelation is an awesome thing!
