My Very First Cattle Drive!! Spetember 13, 2008!

So I went on my very first cattle drive! It was so incredibly AWESOME!! I have not done anything that was so much fun! We drove the 180 head herd 10 miles in the hot sun! (I got a nice tan! :D) It was so dusty! I did really well. I did so good that they actually asked me to come back for a second drive...so I did! That was even better! I had such an excellent horse...it makes things ten times easier! I loved every second of it. I have actually decided to try and create my own hobby ranch. I would love to do it! I have my own set of (real) cowboy boots and a set of (real) spurs! They are so much fun! I can't wait to have my own ranch!!

The Idaho State Fair-September 6, 2008

On September 6, 2008, Jordan and I went to the Idaho State Fair in Blackfoot, ID. It was a lot of fun! These bunnies weighed 10-15 pounds each!! They were HUGE!! Then we went and played in with the goats! That was really fun! This has been the first time that I went to the fair. I, of course, had to go and look at the horses! I finally got to pet a baby Clysdale! It was so cute and soft! We put TONS of hand sanitizer on our hands after the animals. Then we went and got some funnel cake! It was SO good! I loved it! After that we went and looked at all of the cool little shops/ tents that they had there. I found one the prettiest porcelin dolls there...I didn't buy it though. oh well! We had a good time and we ended up running into Analisa and her date, TJ, there. It was a lot of fun!

Mesa Falls Aug, 23, 2008

On Aug, 23, 2008, My best friend Analisa and I woke up on Saturday and decided to drive a few hours to Mesa Falls. It was a blast. We drove the whole drive with the windows down and the music blasting! It was awesome. It was a hot, beautiful day there. The water was so cold. There was a family there who took a photo for us as they rode past on their bikes. We met back up with the at the Upper Falls. They didn't have any change to pay for the parking fee, so we paid it for them and then we gave them our ticket. It felt so good to just pay that 5 bucks for them. They were deeply grateful and very nice. Anyways, we continued on out journey. We ended up driving the long way of course. We drove out to Driggs to stop by and surprise my aunt and uncle but they were out of town that day. So we kept driving. By the end of the drive we were both glad to be home. Needless to say, that night we ended up driving back down to herparents house after a 3 hour nap! It was so much fun!! Good Times!!

Horseback Riding- Aug. 25, 2008

Okay! So on Aug. 25, 2008, Myu friends and I went horse back riding at Analisa's house. Jordan had never been on a horse before so we decided to take him. It was a lot of fun! We had a blast. After we went horse back riding, Jordan and I went to Jamba Juice and got something good there. Then we went back to his apartment and we watched movies and we just talked forever. I eventually left reluctently cause we had so much fun that day! (FYI: We don't talk anymore and we never dated) But we had a lot of fun together.

Weekend in Driggs

I went to go visit my favorite anut and uncle this past weekend. I went to Driggs. It was so fun! I got to see my awesome little cousins and also Delwyn and Loriann. They are awesome. We went to Palisade and was on a boat all day water skiing and tubing and surfing. It was a BLAST!! Cache and I became very close buddies!! Jonas and I played on the beach and helped Jack catch little baby fish. We all got to hold them have them go flip-and-flop everywhere! It was so fun! Then as I was leaving town, I stopped and looked at the albino buffalo that they have in Driggs! It was awesome!! I got burned pretty good because I don't ever remember sunscreen. I had a blast though! It was amazing!! They also have beautiful sunsets!

Craters of the Moon

Analisa, my best friend, and I decided to go to Craters of the Moon. It was so awesome! The caves are amazing. We had so much fun! Our favorite cave was the boy scout cave. It was definetly the coolest one. The other ones were easy to access and had high ceilings. But the Boy Scout Cave you had to crawl on your hands and knees at some parts and watch for lowered ceilings and awesome things like that. After Craters we decided to go to Blackfoot and visit my grandparents for a little while and then we went to Springfield to visit her family. While we were there we went horseback riding and took lots of fun photos. We left about 9:20pm and then I realizede that I forgot to buy some green salad for my dinner on Sunday. So we ran to the store smelling like horse and wind blown tangly hair because we drove everywhere with the windows down. We had the funnest time though!

A Great Day With Some Fantastic Company!!

Yesterday my friend Jordan and I joined my adventureous cousin for a day at Yellowstone National Park. It was a lot of fun. We saw a ton of cool geysers and really blue sulfur pools. We saw some herds of elk. We really wanted to see some buffalo but we didn't. We went to dinner at The Three Bears Lodge where we had Bison Burgers. They were so GOOD! After that Jordan and I left but my cousin were spending the night there. When we got back at 9:00 he decided to take me to the movies and we watched the new mummy movie! It was so good! I loved the Yetis. They are pretty awesome. So Jordan and I spent the whole day together and we had a blast. It was a nice relaxing day. There was this amazing looking car parked on the side of the road. Everyone was stopping and staring at it.

Fun Lunch Date!

I went to lunch today with a guy named Logan. I work with him at Lexington Law Firm. We went to lunch at Appleby's and I had a really good time. The food was good but the company was even better! :) After lunch he came to my office for a little while to see what I do all day. He is going out of town this weekend but we plan on doing activities when he comes back. He is going to turn in his papers in December.

Tomorrow is my last date at Lexington Law Firm. I am really excited. Now I will only be working abour 45 hours a week not 60! I am thrilled! I am sad because I am going to miss co-workers but we can always hangout outside of work. I am having a good time here in Idaho. I think that I am really going to like it!

An Awesome Fun Date!

So I went on a date this weekend with Ryan's, a guy form lincare, brother Tyson. It was so much fun! We wne to the zoo and then we went and watched Batman: The Dark Knight. It was an awesome movie!!! I loved it! Then after that we went to Leatherby's, an ice cream resturant, and eat a ton of yummy ice cream! We went back to his house and just talked and got to know each other. It was so much fun! I have not done something so random and fun like that for awhile. It was good to get out and do something besides work! (Sorry that I don't have any pictures!)

Camping Fun!!

So I went camping with my trainer at my new job. Her name is Amy. We went 4-wheeling and this is the view from the first day! It was ao pretty! I had such a great time! We had s'mores and also banana boats. They were DELICIOUS!! I got so dirty being on those 4-wheelers. I had such a fun time though. It was so worthy getting dirty! We went to Kelly Canyon outside of Idaho Falls. It was hot but so pretty. I had not been camping in such a long time. I loved it. I want to go again!

Friends Night Out!

About a week ago, my friends and I went down to Idaho Falls and walked around the falls and the temple. It was so pretty! We had such a good time. I had the hardest time keeping my hands steady. Every picture that I took was blurry! So my friend took most of the photos for me. We had such a good time though. We went shopping earlier in the day and eat at TGI Fridays. Dont worry Marc and Misty I am still crossing resturants off of my list! I went there and then I went to Johnny Carinos! That place was really good. I have been to Leatherby's as well! It is one of the best ice cream places around. And don't forget Ruppe's! I tis one the best burger joints in Blackfoot, ID. They have been around for years. IN-N-Out is still much better!

New job!

Hello everyone!

I am doing awesome! I am having a blast here at the burg! I am currently working 2 jobs. I am working for Lexington Law Firm, a credit repair company, and I just started a new job with Lincare. They deliever oxygen and other medical supplies to patients who are in need of them. I am really enjoying it. I will be working this job and then going to school full time in the evenings. I am pretty excited to get everything going again. I am not dating anyone for those of you who are wanting to know. For Family Home Evening we went ice blocking. It was so much fun!! I have never sat on a piece of ice and slid down a hill before! I was amazing! I had such a great time. I am still saving money. But I am hoping to be able to go home for christmas!! I love and miss you all!!
