Utah Trip

We went to Salt Lake this past weekend! It has so fun!

THURSDAY: Drove down to Utah with no A/C in the car. Michael turned 18 and was ordained an elder.
FRIDAY: Took the van in to get the A/C fixed and We got to visit family and take pictures.

SATURDAY: We got to go the Draper Temple as a family, except Laura, to be there with Michael
as he got endowed! Such a spiritual experience to go as a family. After the temple, we got to have fun at Dad's 50th surprise birthday party that Amber planned.
SUNDAY: We went to church and had a delicious dinner. Then we drove home in a nice cool car!

Ag Days!

Well today the school was hosting Ag Days. It was lots of fun and HOT!
They had some animals with their babies that we were able to pet.
They had a cow milking contest and lots of edeucational things for people to do.
They were even handing out carnations.
Everything was free which was awesome!
The best thing, according to the kiddos, were the 2 horse carriage rides!
It was fun!

On our first ride, we were able to get right onto the wagon.

Here comes the second carriage. (I didn't get a pic of the
first horses but the second were Whitney's favorite.)
This time we had to wait 30 mins for the horses
to come back and get us. It was hot, but we
were the first ones on the wagon
and Whitney was happy which is what mattered most.
I went by myself with the 3 kids and there were some really nice people
there that helped me get the kids on and off, which
was a GREAT help!

Saturday

Today has been a good day!
I got my first massage today at Sage Day Spa in Rexburg. Andrew, Arianna, Kevin and Holly got my a gift card there for my birthday in 2012. Right before I found out I was pregnant with Brayden.
I kept putting it off and finally Justin told me that if I wasn't going to use it then throw it away.
So I called and set up an appt. It was pretty awesome. I did the Rosemary Mint Stone Massage. It
was the BEST thing ever! I am going to go get a massage more often. I also got a pedicure and I really like it! I am a huge fan of the glitter toes!

We got a lot of stuff packed since we are going to be crazy busy till we move. Our house is looking empty finally. Where are you moving too, you ask? We are moving to a place called Rockwell Court. We got into a 4 bedroom town house. They are still being built so we are not sure when we are moving but it will probably be July 13.

We then went and got snow cones at Snoasis.
They were awesome! Justin got Peach Ring with cream and ice cream. I got huckleberry also with cream and Ice cream. Whitney wanted Blue Raspberry and Carlei got Cotton Candy!
They were so yummy. Brayden even got to try a little bit. He gobbled it down, of course.

Then we went to Porter Park and rode the carousel and the girls loved it! We were the only ones on and the guy sent us around a few extra times. He was so nice.

Then we went to go play in the water but it was kinda cold. So we went to go play on the swings instead. Which is what Carlei wanted to do the whole time since she is not a fan of the water. (I forgot my camera.)

I have also started INSANITY again...I was able to borrow the discs from my bishop which I am very thankful for. Holly decided to do it with me.  So hopefully we will see good results in 60 days! Fingers crossed.

Congrats Whitney!

We bought Whitney this bike for her 3rd birthday!

The last few days she FINALLY is able to ride it!
She even rode it around the whole block!

We are so proud of our Whitney!

Father's Day

I am so thankful for all of the dads in my life!

My daddy has always been there for me! One of my favorite memories is when we were younger.
We used to play Tape Ball Baseball! It was so much fun!
I loved going on trips because Dad would always wash the car inside and out before we would leave.
My dad has taught me so many life skills! He taught me how to take car of a car, how to change the oil, how to change a flat tire. He taught me how to make a decision. He has taught me how to drive, how to tie my shoe, how to ride a bike. He has taught me so many things that I can't even remember them all. One of my favorite sayings from my dad is, "You had the young, fun and broke parents. Robert and Lizzie have the old, and rich parents." I am so grateful for the young fun and broke parents that raised me. I am also grateful for the old and rich parents now!
I am grateful that he is the BEST Paga ever! My kids just love him to piece! (and his truck too!)
I guess what I am trying to say is that he is the BEST DAD EVER!!

I love you daddy!

Holding his first grandchild for the first time!

Justin Bryan Hansen

Justin is an awesome dad to our 3 children!
They love him to pieces! He works so hard for our family and takes excellent care of us!
He is so gentle, kind, loving and a great example to our kids! He has no problem just jumping in and playing with them, whether it is in the water, or on the swings!
We love you Justin!

I have a wonderful father-in-law as well! He treats me like his own daughter and I love him tons!
He is an awesome grandpa!

We love you Daddy, Grandpa and Paga!

First Camping Trip

This weekend, we went on our very first camping trip of the year! It was Brayden's first time too! He LOVED it. The girls had so much fun playing outside and eating lots of goodies.
They hated the s'mores because they got sticky.
Crazy kids! I LOVED them!
We went to Eagle Park located here:
a WHOLE 1.8 miles from home!

It was awesome! Here is our camp site:

Kevin and Holly came out that night to help us
eat our s'mores and our waffle cone delights.
YUMMY!!

Whitney kept playing 'merdaid'

And then Carlei wanted a turn, of course.

After breakfast, we packed up or stuff and went to Nature Park that is right around the corner.

Whitney and Justin had fun splashing in the puddles together.

The end result...

Carlei splashing in her little puddle.

The girls cried when we left to go home!
We will definitely be camping again!
