Here comes the Princess!!

Happy Easter

Today is Whitney second Easter! It is hard to believe that we have had her in our home for so long already! A family tradition that we have is to hide the Easter baskets. Whitney is not old enough to go find a basket so we didn't hide hers. But Justin hid mine and I hid his. He hid my basket under the table (which took me FOREVER to find) and I hid his behind the microwave. We had a good morning in looking for our baskets.  Whitney got some books and a little princess doll. Oh and quite a bit of candy!
We went to church and usually I am not able to sit through a whole Sunday School meeting because Whitney. Today I was lucky and she let me actually sit through the whole hour and I didn't have to take her out once! HOORAY!! Then for Relief Society and Preisthood, I had Justin take her and he said she did pretty good! The we came home and took pictures of Whitney and Jacob in their matching Easter outfits that Grandma Fox had bought for them. They look so cute! Whitney did so good in her 'big girl' dress today! I am so proud of her!

Feeding FRENZY!

Enjoy!

OUCH!

When Whitney had her one year check up she also received 7 wonderful shots in the thigh. Not so much fun! That is ok though. At least it is done and over with! But here are some pictures of her legs. We also gave her a little bit of medicine since her legs were a little sore! She has always LOVED taking medicine!

She also figured out how to open the cupboard and get to the canned goods! She is just learning and growing so fast!

Found the cabinet...
...opens it up...
...trying to decide what to eat...

...caught red handed!

Whitney and I had some mommy daughter picture time!

Whitney LOVES watching "Elmo's Song" on youtube.com with Daddy!

I love my little family!

It's a...

GIRL!! We are both super excited to be blessed with a little girl in August! I really wanted a girl so that Whitney will have a girl to play with and a sister close in age. I will admit Suzanne and I would fight quite often but I love having a sister so close in age to me. We are best friends! I hope that Whitney and Carlei will also be good friends when they are older. I am looking forward to being able to dress her up with bows and get all of Whitney's super cute clothes out again! What a blessing it is for us to have a girl right after the other. It is going to help a lot financially too!

So I am totally set on Carlei! Justin is not to crazy about it yet, but I still have 20 weeks  left to convince him! I will be 20 weeks tomorrow...half way there. It is still an uphill ride from here though. I sleepless nights and all of the other aches and pains that go along with being pregnant!
